MDMB-4en-PINACA (also incorrectly known as 5-CL-ADB-A) is an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid that has been sold online as a designer drug. In 2021, MDMB-4en-PINACA was the most common synthetic cannabinoid identified by the Drug Enforcement Administration in the United States. MDMB-4en-PINACA differs from 5F-MDMB-PINACA due to replacement of 5-fluoropentyl with a pent-4-ene moiety (4-en).

It acts as a potent agonist of the CB₁ receptor with an EC₅₀ value of 2.47 nM.

How to spray your own tobacco:
For the best results, do not use acetone for spraying on tobacco.

1. Mix 2-2,5 gram 5-cl with Isopropyl alcohol.
2. Spray over 100 gram of your preferred leaves/tobacco.
3. Let the leaves/tobacco to dry and roll your joint.

How to make synthetic E-liquid:

1. Make a warm water bath (pan with water and beaker placed inside the pan) of around 50 degrees Celcius.
2. Let 2 Grams of 5-CL dissolve in 300ml of Propylene glycol (PG, alcohol), using the empty beaker in the warm water bath.
3. Stir the mixture firmly until all 5-CL has been dissolved in the Propylene glycol.
4. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
5. Add 700ml of Vegetable glycerin (VG, E-Liquid Base) to the dissolved mixture, and stirr firmly.
6. The produced E-Liquid has a volume of 1 Liters and a strength of 2mg/ml.

How to make and extract K2 sheets:

Making k2 sheets:

1. Dissolve 4 grams of 5CL-A in 200ml of acetone.
2. Dip your page multiple times until you are out of solution.
3. Let the pages dry.

Extracting K2 sheets:

1. Use two sheets of Plexiglass or metal (Plexiglass preferred because of no corrosion at the plate and see trough).
2. Press the K2 sheet between both sheets in an Isopropyl alcohol bath and force the 5CL-A out.
