Yes. It can dissolve well. But it depends on the concentration of propylene glycol to material. Too much material and it wont suspend. So the amount of propylene glycol is crucial. But yes, 100% possible. Will take a bit of tampering for sure though. Some of our customers did so in vape pens. Some worked very well, but some had to use low concentration.
